Strong Muscles & Bones?

Dr. Philip Maffetone

Weak muscles and bones are very common and significant problems in men, women, and children around the world—even in those who exercise. This not only effects fitness but overall health. Good strength is promoted by natural physical activities, especially those that involve lifting objects of moderate weight.

Strong muscles and bones work together, with whole body benefits also promoted through simple and easy strength exercise. The right foods are required too. I discuss these issues in a new podcast.
